Delivery methods:


1. Delivery in Ukraine*

General: The order is sent after confirmation of payment receipt for the goods.

Cost: The cost of delivery in Ukraine is paid by the customer.

Delivery time: Orders are sent daily (except Sundays). The delivery time depends on the distance of the settlement, approximately 1–7 days in Ukraine.

*Except for the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and parts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions – the recommendations of carriers.

2. Courier.

For residents of Kyiv delivery by courier is possible by prior arrangement by phone.

3. Delivery abroad.

Outside Ukraine delivery is carried out by air mail (Ukrposhta), DHL and other carriers at customer's choice.

Cost: The cost of delivery abroad is paid by the customer.

Delivery time: The delivery time depends on the recipient's country, approximately 15–30 days.

Orders received during the weekend and on holidays are processed on the next business day.

To receive a parcel, you must have an identification document with you. The recipient's data must correspond to the data specified when placing the order. Specify the duration of parcels storage in the offices.


Exchange and return of goods.


According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumers' Rights", the consumer has the right to exchange non-food item of the proper quality for a similar one if the purchased item did not fit in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons can not be used for its intended purpose. Exchange or return of goods is possible within 14 days, excluding purchase day, if a longer period of exchange or return of goods has not been declared by the seller. Exchange or return of goods is made if it was not used and if its presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels and transaction document issued by the seller together with the goods are preserved. If at the time of exchange or return the desired item is not available, the consumer has the right to terminate the agreement of purchase and sale, return the goods and get back the money.

In accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 19, 1994 No. 172 "On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine" On Protection of Consumers' Rights", there is an approved list of goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange (return).

17. Gloves.

18. Fabrics.

22. Bed linen.

23. Hosiery products.

24. Products in aerosol packaging.

25. Print publications.

26. Linear and sheet metal, pipe products, sawnwood, moulded strips (plinth, architrave), plate materials (particle board, chipboard, plywood) and glass, cut or cut-sized by the buyer's (customer's) preferences.

27. Audio, video cassettes, disks for laser reading systems with recording.

28. Products made from natural and artificial hair (wigs).

Return of goods.


Through the branch of a logistics company or courier.

To apply for a return, please consult our manager.

To send the goods back you can use the services of any courier service. The cost of the service is according to the tariffs of the carrier. When making a return, the estimated value of the returned goods must be indicated at the same price as indicated on the order form.

Please note: if you specify in the payment method "cash on delivery", we will not receive the parcel. Such parcels are returned to the sender.

IMPORTANT! When receiving the order, be sure to check its integrity, completeness and the way it looks (compliance with the order, the presence of defects), especially if the goods are marked as "fragile" (dishes, glass, products in glass containers). In case of damage to the goods, the presence of defects, incomplete ordering, inconsistency of the order, you must refuse to receive it.

If on receipt you did not check the order in the department and decided to return the goods due to damage (broken glass), an external defect (stain, no button, etc.), inconsistency with the order or incomplete ordering, WoCra may refuse to accept the return, because of impossibility to establish the cause and the moment of occurrence of damage or incompleteness.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept a return in some cases:

1. After 14 days from the date it was received.

2. In the absence of a delivery note indicating the reason for the return.

3. If the return is incomplete: The absence of packaging in which the goods was delivered, tags, labels, etc.

4. If these goods were in use.

5. The goods are not subject to return.

Refund ways.

1. To the bank card.

If the purchase was paid by a bank card, we will refund the money for it within 3 working days from the date of confirmation of the reasons for the return. If you paid for the order in cash, please contact our manager for further details.

2. Via postal transfer.

If the purchase was paid upon receipt to the courier, we can return the money by postal transfer. Estimated term: 10–15 days.

Please note that according to the internal rules of Ukrposhta, money is kept at the post office for one month.

Attention! The money will be transferred to you within 3 days according to the selected way after acceptance of the return in the store warehouse.


Warranty for the goods.


Warranty for the goods is indicated beside each product individually. The goods can not be exchanged or returned in the following cases:

− normal wear and tear;

− negligent use;

− natural disasters (natural phenomena);

− use of the goods for other purposes or in violation of the rules of operation.

Please note: If the goods sent by you do not meet the required conditions and are not subject to return for this reason, we will send it back to you. The shipping costs are not covered in this case.
